a weekend just for you

The Spring Season Yoga Retreat for Women

March 5th - 7th, 2027

A weekend just for you

As winter comes to an end and the days begin to feel lighter, you are invited to step out of your everyday roles and into a weekend designed purely for you.

The Spring Season Retreat for Women is a three-day retreat for those who feel ready to step away from the usual pace, slow down, breathe, move, reflect and simply enjoy being somewhere else for a while.

Rather than filling your time with more, this weekend is an opportunity to do a little less. To spend time in nature, enjoy your own company, connect with others and make space for the energy and curiosity that come with a new season.

The retreat takes place at Kirsebærgården, a serene countryside venue surrounded by nature’s calm, open spaces.

Yoga or meditation studio with mats, bolsters, and blocks arranged in a spacious room with large windows and sunlight.
A peaceful backyard with green grass, small trees, and bushes. There is a pond in the foreground, a white house with a tiled roof, and a blue sky with a few clouds.
Sunlight streaming through glass doors onto light-colored wooden floor. Various yoga or exercise props including a rolled yoga mat, blocks, and folded blankets are arranged on the floor.

Who is this retreat for?

This weekend is created for women who are used to being in motion — and are ready for a few days where things can slow down.

You might recognise yourself in one or more of these:

  • Your days are often full, with little space in between

  • You would appreciate a weekend without plans or expectations

  • You want time to just be and enjoy yourself - for you

  • You want to move, rest, and be in nature at a slower pace

  • You want time to reflect, breathe, slow down…

  • You’d like to return home feeling rested and more like yourself

This might be you — or perhaps your sister, your friend, your mother.

A weekend simply set aside for you.

Outdoor patio with multiple wooden tables and chairs, some with glass vases containing flowers, and a nearby house with white walls and windows.
A dining area with a light wood table, white chairs, and a floral centerpiece. The kitchen in the background has white cabinets, a stove, microwave, kettle, and some small appliances. A decorative light fixture hangs above the table, and there is a sign on the wall that says "EAT".

A few days away from the everyday

This retreat offers something many women rarely allow themselves: time without demands.

Below is everything that’s part of your weekend — intentionally chosen to support your rest, reconnection and reflection. Everything is taken care of so you can focus on simply being present.

A yoga class taking place in a bright, spacious room with large windows. Participants are lying on mats, and an instructor is sitting cross-legged near the window.
View from inside a house looking out a window at green trees and a pink tent outdoors. Inside, a wooden wind chime, jewelry, and various bowls are displayed on the windowsill.
Indoor yoga or meditation space with a black yoga mat, a rolled-up blanket, yoga blocks, a cushion, and a cozy gray armchair near large glass windows showing a green outdoor landscape and blue sky.
