Designing your mindful work-life

The belief: a different way to work and live

The Mindful Moment was founded by Elisabeth Hougaard on a simple belief: that it is possible to find joy in our work life.

We don’t have to hustle, burn out, or live only for the weekends — we can create a work-life that feels balanced, calm, and sustainable.

What began as a personal journey in creativity, mindfulness, and life design has grown into a space for others to pause, reflect, and reset — without the pressure and overwhelm.

Now, she support professionals and entrepreneurs in slowing down, reconnecting with what matters, and designing lives and careers that feel aligned and fulfilling.

Through transformative coaching, retreats, workshops, and the Mindful Business Mentorship Program, we help people find clarity, energy, and a renewed sense of direction in both work and life.

Helping you get from aimless to aligned

Elisabeth’s practical mindfulness workshop was a real highlight for our team. Her tools were simple, effective, and immediately valuable in our high-pressure work. It made a lasting impact on both focus and wellbeing - I’m grateful for her guidance.

Reflect and Reset

Whether in business or your personal life, it’s important to take a timeout to reflect on your past month and the lessons learnt to look forward and set new goals. Join this free monthly guided ‘reflect and reset’ session below.

Elisabeth led a wonderful mindfulness workshop for our team at Monta. Her warm, grounded approach made the session both practical and meaningful, exactly what we needed during a busy month. Participants left with simple tools they could actually use, and the feedback has been overwhelmingly positive. We'd love to have her back.
