The Late Summer
Yoga Retreat for Women

September 4-6, 2026 – Nykøbing Sjælland, Denmark

A weekend just for you

As summer begins to soften and the pace of the year slowly changes, you are invited to step out of your everyday roles and into a weekend designed purely for rest.

The Late Summer Yoga Retreat for Women is a three-day retreat for those who feel ready to take a step back — to spend a few days away from the usual pace, with space to breathe, rest and think clearly again.

This is not a retreat about improvement. It is about creating space to pause, reflect, and enjoy yourself.

The retreat takes place at Kirsebærgården, a serene countryside venue surrounded by nature’s calm, open spaces.

Who is this retreat for?

This weekend is created for women who are used to being in motion — and are ready for a few days where things can slow down.

You might recognise yourself in one or more of these:

  • Your days are often full, with little space in between

  • You would appreciate a weekend without plans or expectations

  • You want time to just be and enjoy yourself - for you

  • You want to move, rest, and be in nature at a slower pace

  • You want time to reflect, breathe, slow down…

  • You’d like to return home feeling rested and more like yourself

This might be you — or perhaps your sister, your friend, your mother.

A weekend simply set aside for you.

Meet your host

Elisabeth brings a calm, inclusive and down-to-earth approach to yoga and mindfulness. Her teaching is rooted in lived experience, including her own recovery from burnout, and is guided by empathy, presence and a strong focus on sustainable well-being.

Her classes — whether vinyasa or yin — are designed to be accessible for all bodies and levels, with an emphasis on moving mindfully rather than performing. Elisabeth creates spaces where participants can slow down, listen inward and reconnect without pressure or expectations.

She is certified through internationally recognised yoga programs with more than 500 hours of training and is a certified Transformative Coach through the MindJuice Academy. Alongside teaching yoga, Elisabeth facilitates monthly guided journaling sessions and supports reflective practices that help people pause and gain clarity.

Outside the yoga space, she runs Walk Ahead Studio, a brand design studio working with purpose-driven clients and businesses across the globe — a balance that deeply informs her understanding of busy, high-performing lives and the need for genuine rest.

  • No. Everything is optional.

You’re free to join all sessions or take time for yourself whenever you need.

  • Yes. The schedule is intentionally spacious, with time to rest, walk, journal or simply do nothing.

  • You are responsible for your own travel and insurance.
I recommend having both travel and health insurance in place.

  • The retreat is limited to 12 women, so the group stays small.
